Finished this gorgeous patio with couple different sets of steps and retaining walls today. This was an amazing project and the clients were even more amazing! My crew has been the most amazing through all of it! Even the ones that had to pick up the slack on other jobs while I was on this project made it all possible! All that is left is some of the cleanup detail but the patio and walls and steps are all done and ready for the gazebo, outdoor furniture, barbecue and other entertainment accessories! Here's a budgeted cleanup for a house for sale. I did some bonsai and topiary styles on some California lilacs that were obstructing the ocean view and had to cut some escalonias way down for the view as well. The rest is rose pruning and hedge trimming but a lot was taken out of here to dress it up. I do love a good cleanup!

We finished the pathway and the Rockwall that the pathway is up against. The rock wall was created to break up the steep slope in the lawn and to establish a walkway and a lawn separate from the garden bed. We cut out Giant Ceanothus shrubs that blocked what is now a beautiful view. In the spring we will bring in topsoil for what will be lawn. Next step is to bring in compost for the terrace garden bed and some ornamental trees and small variety plants.

his wall we constructed to break up the garden bed from the lawn. It was all a very steep slope previously and had issues retaining Bark. Later we will sod but will be a beautiful and usable lawn with a gentle slope and made sure we created the proper drainage to disburse water evenly. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye is a + too. #Landscaping #Excavating #Sequim #PortAngeles #PortTownsend

The purpose of this wall we constructed is that it adds more usable real estate for vehicles. We used the fill dirt to shape what will soon be beautiful garden beds. One ties directly into the end of the wall and wraps around in a crescent shape, then insert break to provide separation and compartmentalize itself separate from another area of property, and continue another crescent shaped garden bed. More pics to come in the spring when there's fresh gravel down and the garden beds have plants! #Landscaping #Excavating #Sequim #PortAngeles #PortTownsend

Paver patio is coming along nicely! Ordered some more 12 x 12 block that we are waiting for to come in along with some steps where we are going to have a break in the wall that we will be building. My clients have had to look at a hall in their yard for a really long time and got a hold of me to fulfill their vision. I couldn't have asked to work with better clients who are so hands-on and know exactly what they want! Collaborating with these clients has been such an amazing and fun journey and I truly feel blessed to own a company where I get to Experience times in my life with amazing projects, clients, and crew! #Landscaping #Hardscapes #Patio #RetainingWalls Nathan Mishler Dylan Amaral

Getting ready to install a 36' x 24' paver patio. Had to do some excavation and curtain drains as well as some leveling. Put the fabric down, and then the gravel on top of the fabric and the curtain drains and then compacted the gravel. Next step Screet The sand, put up the retaining walls and the pavers for the patio. Then the fire pit. Columns will be in each corner as well :-)

The gentleman who owns this property has a beautiful deck that he wanted a walkway to as well as something to accentuate it. This was cost efficient and a warm inviting Design so as not to take away from it But enhance its character. Used some of the excess soil around the border to get rid of the dangerous trip hazards in the yard and make it so he would be able to mow right up to it without having to weed eat.
